  5. Put remaining butter in a pan and add shredded chicken, piri sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Stir fry for 5minutes.
  6. Shred the mozzarella and cheddar cheese separately
  7. Now put the layer of mozzarella cheese in bell peppers. Add another layer of chicken. And repeat till bell peppers are almost full. Put the Cheddar cheese at the top and sprinkle some garlic powder over it
  8. Pre heat oven at 230. Put bell peppers in oven for 20 minutes or till the cheese get golden.
  9. You can add more Cheddar cheese during baking.
  10. Now eat them :)
